For me it increased my sensitivity to the point where I have premature ejaculation now. It took me round 60days of my first streak for sensitivity to increase. I am uncircumcised. The fact you're circumcised will probably mean it will take a longer time to become sensitive again. I also advise moisturising your glans.
Just keep it moisturised all the time like after each time you shower, sorry for slow reply. This will soften the skin.
Look up the product called "Manhood" Its a little cover that goes over the glans and after wearing it constantly for ~ 2 weeks I noticed a difference in my sensitivity. It will get better man. Hang in there
