Ugh.. thanks all. once i saw NoFap. i decided to leave and i challenged myself no PMO. so i never felt the urge to masturbate. and one thing that really helped me was.. i loved my improvement socially and physically... i saw my dick bright-full-and back in form within few days of my NoFap program. seeing my dick helped me to go on... and most importantly.. i read one of the forum in NoFap where someone commented about their experiences about no fapping. for eg- it feels like your dick is not working at all. and u dont have any erections after few days . but according to my experience it is normal. dont fap to check everything is ok. no matter what happens no fapping should be the motto. is what he said in that forum. it happened to me and i passed those. happy now. ill achieve more.
