I saw some posts about people who are addicted to coffee. I'm 16, should I start drinking coffee or shouldn't I? I haven't drunk coffee repeatedly. I know what it taste like but I don't really like it. What's your opinion?
Personally, my addiction to caffeine has been more difficult to kick than my addiction to PMO. Take that for whatever it's worth. I'd honestly tell my 16 year old self never to get started on the stuff if I could.
I am planning a reboot on coffee. I can't skip a day without coffee. Maybe after 90 days I'll deal with that. Right now I think I can't leave it. But drinking coffee everyday is not expensive, and it's not bad for the health.
I don't think that drinking one or two cups a day wouldn't be bad for you. But I see a lot of people who are addicted to it and thanks to that, affecting their health. I'll probably don't drink coffee as long as I don't have the need
I don't like coffee. I do but, I hate caffeine. I like natural energy not something I put in my body to pick me up (artificial) I don't recommend it cause when you develop that habit & dont take it that day then you fell less energized & likely shitty . in the long run you will need it every day whether its 1-3 times. then again its your decision. theirs also alternatives to caffeine to provide energy. caffeine- tea, soda, coffee then again if its like once a week, with moderation sure. but its best to avoid
I like to drink boiled water. I uses to drink tea with loads of sugar in it. I went cold turkey and just drink boiled water. I won't start drinking coffee.
