Hello! I am a 28 yr old graduate student living in S.Korea. Currently, I am on my day 3 w/o PMO and I think this is an awesome way of overcoming PMO and living a better life. So many ppl in my country are exposed to porn due to extremely high-speed internet pretty much anywhere in the country. I've tried many times to quit but was never successful. However, the NoFap community and resources seem very powerful and i decided to put my hopes in here. And I hope i will end up becoming a forever supporter of NoFap.

Oh, by the way, I was watching a TEDx video on youtube and the speaker mentioned NoFap and that's what brought me here. Currently, I am single and I hope through NoFap, I can get the confidence i need to start one soon Anyways, glad to be here and nice to meet you all!
