90 Days. Definite value in undertaking such a challenge.

Man I wish I was in the UK.

    So generous.

Someone take the guy up on this offer.

    Gut health = brain health.

    And yeah
There is no point in moping or feeling guilty. All there is to do is fight future urges.

I didn't feel that gross today but definitely a bit odd. 94 days helped a lot.

Honestly. I used to jerk off to porn while exclusively stoned on pot. Now that I quit toking... PMO is extremely disappointing. Like... Extremely. I really think last night was the end for me. It felt good for 5 seconds then nothing. No point.

    Thanks WetHorseLips,
Relapse again! I've realised the trigger is tiredress as we own a restaurant and it's the busy/ late night's that start the urges,

Pre 12midnight bedtime and no worries!
After and it's a different story!

It's true! Gotta move forward with deliberate intent!

Reboot as of today and restart the counter!

    Thanks for the support!

I have completely sucCUMbed to the chaser.

The last month has been a write-off.

It seems pointless to post here again - kidding myself that somehow this renewed affirmation to abstinence will make a difference.

So I gotta make the difference.

    Merry Christmas everyone.

To a New Year of hope and encouragement. Not much for a resolution but there is no better time. Yesterday was my last fap. For AT LEAST one year. So I am gonna make it to Christmas Day, 2017. No need to count the days anymore. 94 days healed me enough, now to trample over this hump and resume my convalescence.

    Hasta luego, mis amigos.

Hey man im new in nofap
First to congratulate you on your succes.
Second i cant really give you advice on nofap cause i dont know a lot about it, but im replying to you because i see you have given up weed as well, and just wanted to tell you that is the best decision you could make. I dunno how long and often you have smoked but i can tell you i smoked daily for years and it messed up my life pretty bad, im now almost 3 years clean. So keep at it your life will improve just by dumping weed trust me.If you have any questions about that let me know i have plenty of experience :)
