My journey starts 1hour into 2017

Hello fapaustronauts,
My name is Abdul. I have been struggling with porn and masturbation from a mere age of around 7 and I am now 21 years of age. I am fed up with this habit that has been pulling me down through out my life ripping me into pieces. I have tried out of this habit many a times before today but unfortunately I have been slipping back into it for many reasons one of which is assurance from health bloggers that it is a normal and healthy practice. This particular reason made me go back to it every time I decided I would stop masturbation but to my surprise I read about the benefits of nofap and realized that what I felt missing in me was exactly what was being gained from fap abstainance. The funny thing is that all through my life I felt guilty about this habit and I knew for sure it was the cause of my problems personality-wise. I plan to use this platform thoroughly to kill this problem in me once and for all. I have relapsed so many times out of this forum and I intend to use my experience to my benefit. Fellow fapaustronauts wish me luck in my journey the same way I wish you luck in yours' Stronger together
