Hi everybody! My name is Aleksey! I'm 27. I work remotely as a web developer. So, I spend much time at home. For about 17 years I'm addicted of fapping and porn. I am sure - I have no future with my addiction. I have a strong social anxiety, low self confidence and no motivation for life. I have a girlfriend, but now I could not get erect without watching porn and fapping. She relates with understanding to my problem. I'm sure that my erectile dysfunction is caused by watching porn and regular fapping. I realize, that my brain is broken due to viewing porn. My longest streak for the last year was 53 days. 26.01.2017 I have started my nofap life. Today is the third day of my Nofap Journey :) My current goal is to go 365 days without watching porn, without having a wet dream, and without masturbating. Wish me luck!

Welcome to the forum. Many of those goals are achievable with hard work and dedication. The wet dreams may be out of your control and they don't count as a relapse so don't be discouraged if you have one... especially during the first few weeks. I wish you success on your journey.

Day 4, keep strong. I want to share one strong thought (that will help me don't relapse): porn addicted man will never become 100% successful and happy on his way. He will never be able to create and build a happy family! He can never be an example to his son! Never! Just be aware of this. This also applies to other addictions. There is only one way: stop doing it and start new life. So, guys, do not repeat my mistakes - stop fapping and watching that shit right now! Do not wait when you turn 27 and when you will have no erection. Don't give up and all will be allright!:)

    Welcome to the NoFap community.
Here are some strategies that may be helpful:
    • Get an accountability partner here.
    • Start a journal here, select your age group and Post New Thread.
    • It's important to replace the bad habit of PMO with a good habit. Some suggestions: Read articles in a field you are interested in. Learn time management. Learn about self confidence and motivation. Take online courses. Learn about self confidence and motivation. Read a self help book. Go out and socialize.
    • It's also important to be strong physically: Eat well. Drink about 2 liters of water per day. Exercise for 30 minutes each day. Get at least 6-7 hours of sleep.
    • Many have found meditation to be helpful--it can take the place of PMO time and help your physical, psychological and spiritual health. Start with 5 minutes, gradually increase to 20 minutes, once or better twice a day.
