    21 year old college student who wants to stop masturbating and become the best version myself. So I decided to join here hoping it can help me stop my horrible habits.

    Today is literally day 1,so I have yet to find out more effective ways. Although, exercising and writing music is usually a good way to divert myself from masturbating :)

    I usually masturbate to calm myself from all the school stress so I feel ya haha. :)
