    31 days ago I decided to stop masturbating. I am married and it feels so much better not to do so. I was wondering, if there are other people out who made the same decision and I searched the internet. I found this awesome group. I decided to try a 90 day challenge: No masturbation, no edging, no porn, and hard mode. Today I took my first cold shower. I discovered on the NoFap reddit page some awesome links pointing me to Karezza. I started a discussion with my wife about this and will give it a try. I am really looking forward to participate in this community and looking forward to awesome discussions.

    George, I am also married, and gave up masturbating 61 days ago and am doing a 77 day hard mode reboot to really get healed so I am able to give my wife my entire sexual being, free from shame and guilt, unlike anything else in my 21 years of marriage. Cannot wait for day 77. We did Karezze sax once about 3 years ago and really liked it. If you want to try it, I can point you to a post of another man who is currently doing it.

    My wife thinks it is nice that I want to heal to have a better relationship with her and the kids. My wife is supportive of my reboot and my continued healing. I am praying the healing and recovery are finally at a completion point with this reboot, but I do know I will need to be mindful of my addiction for the rest of my life.

    Let me know how your karezza sex works for you. So easy to get to the point of no return and have an orgasm. That is fine, and is part of the discovery and challenge of Karezza. Have fun.

    Thanks so much for the great links. reuniting.info is an awesome page. Great that you have a supportive wife. We will always need our will power in order not to relapse, but it is worth it to be strong.... Looking forward to continue our discussion later....
