    Hello. This had been a very hard choice for me to make but I am going to attempt to abstain from mastrbation, porn and the like starting from the midnight to the 31st of February as a little test. I will be giving my report daily to the forum. I am 16 years old and been Pmoing since the age of 11. So wish me luck lads. If there anything I can expect. Any warnings?

    Hello and welcome. It will be difficult but nothing is impossible. I think the key is just focusing on your goals and keeping yourself busy. I think boredom and too much exposure on gadgets/pc will make things worse so always be occupied with more productive things such as school or sports! If necessary, stay away from your smartphone too!
