Only 7 days!!! Really need help fellow nofappers!

So my girlfriend who lives a state over is going to visit me one week from today. This is excellent news for more than one reason. One particular reason here is that she knows about this difficult challenge that I'm going through and as soon as she gets here, we'll have some fun. Obviously meaning in a release for me(and mostly likely for her as well lol). The thing is, I need to last at least one more week with this NoFap, until she gets here. I really don't want to break the challenge at all, but especially before I see her. I know after I see her, Ill be refreshed from doing things with her and I'll continue on this jounrey more easily. So I need to really make sure my eyes don't even lay on porn. Because once that happens, the fantasies start, its harder to get off my mind, making it more and more difficult to abstain from watching porn, etc. So what can I do when an urge to watch porn strikes? I need to do something right then and there to battle it and have it leave my mind. I need your advice!
