Hi, I´m new

My name is Fernando. I just started using NoFap and from what I can see it has a awesome community. I will just stat by telling a little bit about myself.
I´m 17 years old,( i am a virgin and never had a girlfriend) started to watch porn when i was like 10 or 11 yrs old and haven´t stopped since. For 6 years i watched porn and masturbated almost every single day.
Last year, in July, I started to feel guitly and ashamed right after ejaculation, so i decided to try to stop masturbating and watching porn and it was something a lot harder than I expected.
In November, after a lot of falied tries, i managed to get to one week without PMO, which was a huge victory for me, but i couldn´t get pass 7 and 8 days for almost two months and, not knowing how, i went 27 days and then relapsed in the end of Jannuary.
Now, almost 4 months have passed and I haven´t been able to get to one week. Always get to 3 or 4 days and than I relapse (which makes me feel like shit).
So here i am, writing this, hoping that NoFap helps me stop this addiction

 

Honestly, I really don´t have any strategies for combating PMO. I work out regurlay, sometimes I read, eat healthy. If you have some tips I would really appreciated.

Francis of Assissi, Yes, i have thought about it and i know that it could help but for now, since i just joined NoFap, i´m going to see if i can make it witout an accountabilty partner. If i relapse once, I´ll immediately look for one. But, nevertheless, I appreciate the advice. Unless, you are offering your help as an accountability partner, I will gladly take it.
