    Hi

    I'm 32 years old. I'm glad i found this group and that there are many out there that want to stop PMO.

    I tried no M when i was 20 but only lasted 19 days.

    Porn is not a problem for me. Its mainly M cause it takes heaps of time.

    I'm here to use the group to support me by knowing i'm not alone and there are many fighters/racers out there and it makes this a challege/competition like sport for me. I hope to quite M. I believe i've wuited O but i still fantasize about videos i saw many years ago.

    All in the hope of becoming a more refind man, better character and a stronger personality.
