Is Visualizing Sexual Intercourse Safe?

    I was reading a post on this forum which led to a shocking discovery - that I engage in what is called prone masturbation.

    As I understand, this even more damaging.

    Upon learning this, for a moment, I tried to visualize myself doing normal masturbation; this doesn't feel normal to me at all, and so was visualizing sexual intercourse. To be exact, it felt weird.

    So I was wondering, can forcing myself to perform this visualization especially that of sexual intercourse be of any help to me or is it a suicide mission?

    By visualization here I mean real visualization, not fantasy.

    Hey man, if you're suffering from ed it seems that's avoiding all arousal is the best way to go. That way when the time comes to have sex you will be Super aroused. I recommendation is to avoid all visualisation and fantasy.
