    Great post, amazing to see what NoFap can do for us. Whenever I feel weak I will read this letter again and be safe from PMO! :D

    If I could have taken a step back and seen what I was doing to myself and the people who took a chance on me in relationships, I would have been terrified too. But I am lucky and thankful to have stumbled on this website to get me the help I need. I believe together we can be better and do better. Thanks so much for strengthening my resolve. :)
