Hi, I am 19 year ,male. I think ,I have been veiwing porn from past 7 years and masturbation from 5years. I have tried alot from past 2 years to get rid of it. But still it haunts me. 6 months before ,I had almost got rid of it. But it lasted for only 1 month ,then after that ,I was same old me. Today ,while took laptop to pursue my online java course ,but instead of that ,I wasted 2 hours watching porn and masturbating at last.Then ,I reliased that i am wasting my time and energy on porn ,instead i can use the to harness some skills and be great ,at that skill. So, today it ends.........................
