hi there! I am 37 years old addicted to porn, masturbation and casual sex. I watched videos from YouTube about abstinence from PMO, and I want to do that, I want to be abstinent for 30 days. I am struggling, because I usually masturbate daily and I have never been abstinent for more than five days since I was a teen. So when my energy increases I struggle to deal with it! I really want to do this, for the last two years I have been feeling old, depressed, no motivation and lack of purpose, and very restless mind. Hi! Thanks Hi D.J., Thanks for your welcome. I am trying to use different strategies as doing excercise, walk outside, meeting people, reading blogs and books about this topic, using also an app on the phone. But after 3-5 days I quit I feel really high energy level which is great, but not able to control it, and I relapse. So now I really want to commit as I see that PMO prevent me to live a fulfilling life!
