    I'm sure he has talked to girls before. My guess is that he is limited to socializing because of his circumstances, which SUCKS. I'm on that boat right now.

    You're right but the problem is i cant start conversations with a girl. If its a boy then i am freely expressing my self. You see in my country girls dont want to talk to guys because they think we my be asking for a relationship. But thats not true we just want to be friends if i want to be in relationship if will express but they just dont understand this simple things. I know that guys want just sex from girls but i am not that kind of guy

    eeeehh...Then maybe talk to girls. If they avoid you, move onto other girls? It's not rocket science, or calculus.
