Medical condition, please help!

The appointment with Urologist went very well. I tried not to be perfect and told him that I masturbated twice in a row and it caused the pain to start. He checked everything, and said suggested some topical solutions and asked me to use and come for follow up if the pain still exists. From this point on I know and I believe and I am convinced that masturbation and orgasm in an unnatural way is devouring me bit by bit and need to leave my life for ever.
