Have you ever ejaculated without an orgasm? (no feeling good, just ejaculate)

I'm 38. I've always masturbated to porn or magazines since I can remember. At least once a day.

I have other medical issues - Low T, Diabetes, Bipolar (Meds cause less sensitivity)

I have recently noticed a escalation in my porn habits to more and more hard porn, the regular old sex wasn't doing it anymore.

When I was having sex it was impossible to get an erection without manual stimulation and even harder to keep it. Most of the time I would end up faking an orgasm with a partner and taking care of it myself later.

I've gone PMO free before it was even a thing - but it was to prepare for a known date with a girl that I knew would end in sex, nothing longer than a week.

Orgasm is a huge problem for me. I ejaculate but don't feel what I would describe as an orgasm, Its just a sense of release, no pleasure and a sense of "I came, great!" I am in the process of seeing a sex therapist and working with my doctor about this as it may actually be physical.

When I want to only PM free I take that to mean that sex with a person is okay.

I just want to rid myself of the masturbation and porn that seems to have taken over a part of my life.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

Basically I have told my (I can't really call her my girlfriend, we go out together and have sex but its not really a relationship). She is supportive and agreed to not send me sexy pics and cut out sexy talk unless we are together.
But other than that I'm just avoiding all things sexual and trying to be asexual.
