    When I start kissing a girl I get hard. When she blows me I get hard. When it's time to stick it in, poof! I'm dead limp. It sucks but it is due to the porn and masturbation I'd do very often for years. My brain is used to getting pumped only by porn and of course, by my own hand. How long will it take for me and my brain to be normal again during sex?

    Its a different time period for everyone. It can add up with anxiety because you start to stress on not getting hard, so keep an eye on that and take it easy, give yourself time and stop PMO.
