30yr male,jobless, indian, living with parents,
PMO addicted since 11-13yrs. no gf till now in life.
feel really angry for 3-4hrs after getting up from sleep. inability to think after waking up in morning.
every morning feels like my brain has been washed. no smoke/alcol in life till now. TV is the only enterntainment. but badly addicted to TV also. helpless + aimless + pointless + emotionless is me . help appreciated.

 

go fast for 3 days in the wilderness.

 

Yeah you need an intervention. Get a job and than go to the gym

thank you very much for replies. but gym is not possible for me.

my priorities now , to get job as soon as possible.

according to family/ culture, whenever i go out of house, i have to tell my parents everything , where i going, why going out, when will be back. whom i m going to meet. etc etc. and after coming back again, explaing what happened outside. its kind of discouraging.

 

Big brother ... is porn filling up your emptiness in life..the time when you feel empty then you need something to fill it..and that must not be porn..
Just find your passion it may be anything..You are only 30 years, why are you losing hope..you have more 70 years to live.. if you think of your passion and work towards it..anything is possible..you can be a billionaire in no time. Brother never lose hope work your ass off...don't think of money, just give urself sometime and find something u love , something which you do and you don't take time into consideration means you can do it for all day.. you have everything in you..just see it ,believe it and embrace it..
