I have few startegies for combating PMO. 1.I have installed porn blockers on my devices so that even if I carve I wont get to see porn that easily. 2.Whenever I get the craving I will force myself to think about other important things in my life. uptill now these two are my strategies hope to get good results.
I mean whenever I get the urges I try to redirect my attention to the goals and passion I have in my life.
