hey nofappers so lately I've been on a subreddit looking for friends because I've been very lonely for awhile now. I've made a few online friends but I find myself feeling somewhat guilty when I talk to the girls online. I'm not looking for anything sexual with them I genuinely just want some people to talk to but I used to be really addicted to sex chats back then and so my subconscious is just all fucked up. I don't know what to make of this because I know it's not porn but I find myself gravitating more towards wanting a female friend to talk to online than the males and that makes me feel kind of guilty. This is embarrassing to say but I feel a little excited (not aroused) when talking to a girl. What do you guys think? Am I just being OCD about this? I just want someone to talk to but I'm scared I might start to flirt or that it could turn into flirting eventually.
Online girls are girls you will probably never meet. I think you should focus on getting out and chatting with real people. Avoiding porn cause it's not real is the same I think as avoiding chat room girls (even as friends). You need a real person to substitute the fake stuff that's easy to go to
If you are just chatting to random girls in chatrooms, then it’s a bit pointless I think and a huge waste of time. I used to do this a long time ago there is this website that lets you talk to random strangers. It was cool for a while ok, I did make some online only friends there, girls but it’s a bit of a hit and miss. Everyone has moved to online dating and apps these days for meeting people online. My advice is to forget about the chatrooms they are mostly dominated by guys anyway and its so 90’s to be doing stuff on there. If you really want to talk to girls use online dating or go out into the world and meet real people. Actually do both so you have both of your bases covered.
