Birthday and 90 days completed!

Awesome job man and happy birthday, what a great present haha! Just a word of advice though, this time last year I had a similar streak of no porn but some M to thoughts still and eventually it lead me full blown pmo relapses. I've found that engaging in M brings back some memories and desires to look at porn because I always connected M to P back in the day. I have confidence you'll be good but just be careful. And personally, when I don't M I feel 100% better but understand if you're not with a girl it's hard to completely abstain lol.

 

I like this. I am 20 day no P. I feel like this is my only and personally don't see any issue with M. Especially as I control myself and don't find M a problem. Similarly to you I started and failed and started and failed numerous times. But each failing made stronger. Now I am 20 days free from P and right now can't see myself ever going. I am more confident in myself and it feels amazing not have have thought of pornography circling like vultures in my head all day every day. I hope that in 70 days times I can say I have succeeded like you. Congratulations!
