hi there, allow me to introduce myself: I am Daniel from Amsterdam, 41 years old and this is my first time here on NoFap, I just found it and I am amazed and excited that nofap actually exist ! I've struggled with excessive masturbation for most of my adult life (starting from 10 yrs old) and I've tried everything (short of medication to reduce my libido) to get my addiction to porn and masturbation under control. I've struggled with other addictions such as alcohol, cocaine, smoking, but have now come to the point that I'm free of those. What I can't get rid of is the regular rush of 4-6 days every two weeks or so that is totally dedicated to internet porn and masturbation (especially after I've had sex with my gf). I engage in contacting women on dating sites just to show them my genitals, and manipulate them into showing their body and send nude pictures. I resent myself for it, even though I'm so close to being 'cured' from my other addictions. I have a wonderfully supporting girlfriend (who knows of my struggles), but who is sad because i cannot orgasm with her (only through masturbation). I dont want her to be sad, and I want my life and energy to be under my control. I sincerely hope that this site may offer an opportunity for bettering myself, and I'm willig to take the challenge.
