Hi people,

my name is Luis Guilherme, i'm from Brazil, so sorry if my english is not so good.

As i said in the title, i seek help, because i can't stop fapping. I do it since i was 13. Now i'm 23. I can't talk to it with my friends, my girlfriend or my family, because i'm very ashamed of it. Anyway, i decided that i can't live like this anymore, and i must express my problem somehow, even if it's only on the internet. I'm so glad i found this website, i expect to be able to stop masturbating.

Anyway, i'm very thankful if you guys tell me your stories, i will share my struggle too.
