This is one of those "I'm the victim" posts, quite possibly. The biggest streak was 15 days, since then I've actually got nowhere near that, a week is the limit since then.

MOing twice yesterday, very dissapointing orgasms, then I manage to view of a particular pornstar, the orgasm was good, but sugar, my prefrontal cortex tries to tell, that this is it, enough of having orgasms to a tissue and lights and pixels. I still do it.

Hmmm it feels like I'll have to stay away from everything where I can access it for a while.

I know the feel. I know you can do it. Don't give in, you'll feel better for it.

I tried to read an ebook on how to give up porn, written by a motivational coach called yahya bakkar. I watched one of his videos, he seems like he's good. The beginning of his e-book triggered something shit, really shit inside of me. He goes on about how he lost virginity at such a young age with a really hot girl, is engaged with his high school sweetheart and how he was a cool kid really popular. A normal person would read how lucky he is being is, and just think aww... that's so sweet. It just brings envy, I'm corrupted in anger, loneliness as a person I was crying earlier on, my mind was fucking me with negative thoughts of how shit I am, only bad people get bullied, only unworthy people. Jesus I'm in a downward spiral.

Ronald hey man. I want to share this article with you:

I have been down many times as well. Contemplating suicide when I was a young boy. But reality is that any experience that you are currently feeling is not new, and probably has been experienced by everyone else. I'm not saying that it doesn't matter how you feel. But if you disengage yourself from your emotions for just a moment and see this from a third person point of view you will see that to feel the way you feel is moot. I went as far as filming myself to really realize "wow.. there was really no point to how miserable I was making myself" also as the excerpt below says, read about others suffering throughout history, trust me it helps.

Anyway, This is a a great excerpt from it, one that has helped me any time I have felt as down as you have:

    2. Your problems are the same problems human beings have always had

You will never end up finding a way to suffer that hasn’t been fully explored yet. Heartbreak, death of loved ones, sickness and old age, chronic pain, shame, addiction, failure, poverty, and introspective nightmares are all realms that have been braved by people consistently and exhaustively for thousands of years, and to degrees much worse than yours. There are ultimately only a few basic kinds of human trouble, and they’ve all been suffered and confronted before.

Humankind’s vast experience with suffering is an asset to every one of us, because for every classic human problem there is a world of literature about the best ways to deal with it that other humans have found, and it’s never been easier to get access to this wisdom.
