Maturing Hairline or Receding Hairline?

    How do I know the difference between the two? I'm 21 years old and my hair has always appeared to be decently thick. Recently, I've noticed the hair in the front of my head is thinner then the rest, and a bit higher near the temple than I remember. I have a widows peak, as well. Should I be concerned? Pic is attached for reference.

    it is a bit receiding but nothing compared to mine.

    stop fapping, try to workout, take biotin, maybe you should try coconut oil on your hair.

    It's not bad at all. When it comes to the health of your body and mind, learn to take care of yourself the best you can and appreciate and enjoy what you have while you have it.

    It is obvious that I have much more hair now than when I began NoFap.
    It is also true that I quit shaving my head.
