End just means E.ffort N.ever D.ies. Fail means First Attempt In Learning. Stay calm, all of your progress is not gone.
Thankfully, successes are more contagious than relapses. I don't think I caught it, so you don't have to apologize. You do need to get back up and back on track quickly. Have you thought through what preceded your relapse? If you are better prepared to avoid another relapse, it was a relapse that leads to a win.
You just lost your streak but that is all, the progress you made in your brain is still there. All you have to do is get back on your horse, and do not binge fap. Good Luck
