I've had several years of stop-and-start experiences with porn use. I am really excited by the community and approach of NoFap. I'm taking on the 90 day "normal challenge" after some porn use earlier today. I am sure the first week will be difficult, so I am glad to have the support of this virtual community. As someone who comes from a religious background (of which I am still actively involved), I find the openness about struggle, the comprehensive tips about "rebooting," and the sense of community to be so refreshing. I wish folks in faith communities could be so open. I'm glad I found NoFap.
