Hey guys, Ive been watching porn probably since I was 11-13 years old. Never has been a huge problem where Ive wasted hours but it has affected every relationship with a woman ive ever been in. I was lucky enough to come across Tim Ferris's NOBNOM page which in turn led me to reddit and now here. I decided now is the time to take charge of my problem after a recent end to yet another relationship. Along with a 90 day no PMO I am doing no alcohol as well. On day 3 now, but just joined today. I am amazed by the amount of support here in the community and look forward to helping support others.

Some things I have started so far in place of the bad habits are increased my reading, started working out again, and increase my disc golf practice/playing. I would like to go out with friends more as well. But being anti-social I dont exactly feel in my element going to bars/clubs/parties etc... Edit: Congrats on 500+ days!

Sorry to hear that man. But glad to know I'm not alone. It is unfortunate that is has ended this way. But the way I see it my eyes never would have opened and I would never have had the realization that I have come to and have decided to use this as a chance for growth and overcome my bad habit(s).
