Nothing interests me much, avoid people, performance anxiety, social anxiety and almost all in the 2nd video. Realized all these from above videos. & think got premature ejaculation. I am single and in a foreign country since an year. never had any relationship or girlfriend. Few friends. This started when I was 25. 7 years now. Do this stuff like once in a week or two. Once started, it just happens for the next 2-3 days. I am quite or actually very compassionate to women like a feminist. but still this s**t in my mind. I am ambitious and very industrious. I realize quitting this can free up my mind and my time for essential things. But this itch is tempting and feels like filling some gap. Generally I take to this when I am in a state of confusion, anger or just not fine or got nothing else to do. This is all for now, about me. Looking forward to know more on how to kill this and hoping will luckily achieve.
Sounds like you have a lot going for you, and just need to make an effort to socialize more in your new country. Can you make it a point to go to one or two events per week that you normally wouldn't attend? When I lived in another country, I made a lot of wonderful (also) expat friends.
