    Time to break the chains...my personal journal

    Hey Guys. Let me introduce myself.
    I am a 23 years old male. I PMO almost daily since more than 10 years now.
    First time i got any Problem with that, was after being 2 years in a relationship with a girl. Most of the time, i didn't enjoy sex as much as i enjoyed watching porn and masturbate multiple times. Also, the porn i consumed became weirder and kinkier with years passing by.
    After the breakup with the girl mentioned before, i became more obsessed with porn. i Downloaded hundreds of GB of porn every single day... And then it started :mad:
    I met a nice girl, which became a fuck buddy of mine. but guess what?
    PIED!
    It has never worked (for me) since we met. Afterwards, i think i got some sort of chaser effect.
    We have now re-activated our Friendship+, since she's single again... but it still didn't work.
    So i came to the conclusion, that it must be some sort of PIED. Allthough, while making out it was rock solid... maybe a combination of both PIED and fear or something like that?
    Anyway, yesterday i started such a challenge by deleting more than 2TB of porn on my Fileserver...
    Any tipps will be appreciated.
    Am i allowed to visit this girl while doing a NoFap challenge?

    There are no rules here! You do what works for you. Great job getting started. Be proud of yourself for taking that first step. If you see her focus on the real world aspects of her. What her hair smells like. What her eyes look like when they meet yours. What her hand feels like in yours. Baby steps. You'll make it!

    I'll try to do that. The only thing that confuses me is:
    While making out on the couch/in a bar/whatever, i'm 80-100% "ready" for it. But as soon as things get serious and we move to the bedroom, it's over for me.

    I was in vacations 2 weeks ago (she was there aswell). Since i shared an appartement with some friends, i couldn't PMO and i think i already had felt other than normal. While (again) making out with her, i was 100% it would work. So i guess, i'm suffering from PIED. Any other opinions?
