I have developed anxiety and depression and I believe porn is the cause. Lately I have been not aroused by online boobs etc. I still am aroused by rl boobs tho. Gotta have faith man things will get better if you persevere!

I started because porn and online models aren't hot anymore so I thought I'd try for like a month and see if I'm back into it again.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

So is it considered PIED if my boners aren't very hard and go away quickly.

It might just be performance anxiety. The same thing happened to me prior to overcoming the problems of depending on porn.

You might have all these expectations you've accidentally created and not even know it. Definitely keep up not watching porn, it screws everything up in your head and makes you think you want certain things in sex and relationships, when in reality you could want something entirely different. Just relax and focus on what you really want.

Dig deep and figure out what you actually need in both scenarios and you'll see improvement in your performance!

Stay positive dude, it will end don't worry!

Nah dude don't worry. When I was a teen it would fluctuate. Your hormones are just gonna do their thing, don't think about it too much.

I believe you're overthinking things, but if you're concerned then maybe try learning to exercise to increase your circulation and see what happens after a month or so.

You're fine man, just chill and let your body go through the changes. Its OK if you don't wake up with random boners all the time

yea when I started looking things about after not being into porn anymore I got nervous that I have ED. When I got nervous was when I was unable to get hard boners. I think your right I'm just nervous and everything will be ok.

I've hadn't lots of exercise lately and I've been very tired lately. I already told you that I see boobs and I'm not super crazy. Could this be low testosterone or simply my tiredness getting in the way of my sex drive?

There's so many other factors that could be affecting your tiredness and libido. try eating well (stay away from fast food), exercising (resistance training) a few times a week for an hour or so and getting at least 6-8 hours per night and see how our body reacts after a month or so.

Honestly, a healthy lifestyle has so many positive benefits and solves a lot of problems including both physically and mentally! :)

If you're really concerned then go see a doctor and have things checked out.
