    Hi,

I'm in my late 20s. Been PMO'ng since I was 12 or 13. It got worse after I turned 18. For a long time I sustained this terrible habit with vanilla porn. But recently, it's gotten worse. I require newer genres to satisfy my urges and this in turn has me waste hours of my time trying to find the perfect material. I don't recognize myself anymore.

All I want to do is complete the 90 day challenge successfully.

    Thanks

Hi mate, your story sounds similar to mine in a way. I'm 27 and started PMO around the time of 12 as well.

I also got very bored with vanilla porn, only watched different or shocking things, and this caused havoc with my social anxiety and many other problems.

Staying away from PMO will bring your self identity back! You'll see plenty of other benefits and a more positive outlook on life.

    Good luck with the 90!

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

I'm limiting my *idle* internet use in order to combat PMO. By idle, I mean internet use that isn't for the expressed purpose of achieving an objective. If I'm not actively utilizing tools on the internet for some meaningful reason, like doing research, learning something on udemy, or reading and posting on here - I resolve to not be on my computer/phone at all.

I find that idle usage, like mindlessly watching youtube videos, tends to lead one to PMO.

    I've also installed porn blockers.
