I have done a 30 day streak and a 45 day streak but it was difficult and I really beat myself up about the relapses. Now I am at week 4 but this time I am really focused and I really don't feel that I will go back. Anyway if you have any questions feel free to ask. I hope it goes well for you
That's awesome to hear bro, I know how frustrating it is after doing so well. I just got twelve days and relapsed, now on day two. Been reading the actual book 'your brain on porn' and the author mentioned this site is a good way to stay motivated and get support. I'm curious what are your triggers when you relapse?
Nice.. When I discovered this site that's when I decided to get serious about no "PMO" so I can do a "reboot" haha. This site is great. Anyway my triggers usually arise from idling and thinking too much. Or thinking that I can't handle not masturbating. But I can handle it, it is just my mind playing tricks.
