Last night, I discovered that I have PE, and that was the straw that broke the camel's back and put me on the track to NoFap again. Pornography has led me down a solitary road, leaving me anxious in social situations and distant from my loved one, my family and friends. Despite my active and fit lifestyle, my sexual health is at its lowest, even when I am very young. I am starting a new journey of challenging abstinence, but also full of growth, new experiences, learning, meaningful connections, and achievements.
