I'm 46 years old, I've struggled with PMO since I was 12 years old. Lust addiction took me further than I wanted to go & cost me more than I wanted to pay. I'm not comfortable getting too far into detail but I have a long history of shameful lust behavior. Videos, magazines, websites, strip clubs, escorts, sex dungeons, toys but no girlfriend. I never had been in a relationship. I'm also recovering alcoholic & drug addict. I put all those things behind me but just can't shake this lust thing. I've tried & still trying a number of different sites on the web both spiritual & secular to obtain freedom from PMO. Twice in my fight I managed to obtain 9 months but then relapsed & it was back to the races. What I need is help from those who may have beaten this thing although I yet to see evidence that it can be beaten. Please prove me wrong. I'm sick of living like this.

First of all, I want to congratulate you with your fight against the alcohol and drug addiction. You have proven that you are brave, that you're willing to fight for a better life. I know that you have the strength to get rid of porn completely and can find the love you so long for. Start taking small steps. This addiction CAN be beaten.
