Hallo, I'm new to this site. I have been a porn addict for around 8 years, and lately I came to realise how badly I'm addicted to porn and how it's been subconsciously controlling me. Loneliness, anxiety, weird fetishes and recurring intrusive sexual thoughts and many more. After recognising it I tried to practice abstinence based on my will power but after 2 weeks, my motivation started to fad and I found myself again in that trap. I cant able to resist the temptations, it starts with a quick peak and ends with me regretting on my action. But I still want to save myself and while searching I stumbled upon this site. I don't know much about this site and I will be happy if anyone suggest how I should proceed from here on out. Thank you.
