hey guys today i just hit my record of 3 weeks no PMO, effects of it are not showing yet well they are but still a long road ahead, the feeling of wanting to PMO is comming on strong as all hell..
shit is getting really intense right now... some strong as urges are emerging i have no idea were from to tell the truth but im trying to get past it but its very hard.. !

I hit my record in 3 days time, but then my previous record is only 9 days Yeah, the urges will probably continue to haunt you, but since you've come so far, it's really not worth going back anymore. Anyway, as you've said, you're yet to feel the benefits, which gives you even more reason to continue with your streak Good luck!
Only logical way is to keep busy in other stuff..stuff that provides equal or somewhat equal joy..something primitive
