NoFap's Emergency Relapse Prevention Tool

Directions for proper use.

1. Bookmark emergency.nofap.org.
2. Visit emergency.nofap.org.
3. Click the appropriate box.
4. Become inspired to not relapse (or relapse further, if so be it).
5. Go do something awesome.


Important note!
Try not to refresh the Tool a bunch when you visit. You want to see new content every time you visit.
Ideally, you'll see one thing, reflect on/apply it, and that's all it'll take to inspire you do something more meaningful than PMO'ing.

Great idea! I've been using the same technique, creating my own Firefox bookmarks made with PowerPoint: just a picture (for example a beautiful landscape) and some inspiring words, such as "don't lose hope, fight to get there".

I believe it's ideal to assign a keyword to those bookmarks, such as the letter "E" (as in "emergency").
