I'm having pretty strong urges that I can't stop right now . It's 11:00 pm and I have no idea what to do to get over them without relapsing help please!!!
breathe in, and breathe out. Just focus on your breath. and repeat until the feeling passes Its what i used to do when i got circumcised and still had the stitches in and i got excited. I would just close my eyes and breathe until it passed.
This needs an immediate change in your mental state. 1. Start jumping on your toes for a few minutes 2. Then stretch your body to your max capability. Leg stretch mainly 3. Then after a few minutes start dancing. Do those moves you'll never do in public. Hoping that after doing all these for 20 min. You'll feel better.
well, it's pretty late and I can't go out now since I have to go to college tomorrow morning , that's the problem :/ but thank you anyway for replying , it means a lot to me knowing that i have support in here .
No problem ! As long as you are just standing up and just moving and doing little exercises like jumping Jacks and or pushups it should help stop those thoughts !
ok I think it's time to turn off my laptop to reduce my chances of relapsing due to P and do what @fapstraunaut90 suggested . then I'm going to take a quick shower and go off to bed . thanks again everyone . i already feel better!

It’s morning now and I’m happy to say that I have NOT relapsed !!!!!!!! I did some stretches and moves (that gave me jelly-like feeling in my legs lol but apparently it works) and then a little head message in the shower and lastly finished a book I was reading . So at 1:30 maybe I was so exhausted and slept like a baby lol . I feel so good about myself . Thanks again everyone for being there for me!
Congratulations once again... The reason it works is, there is a lot of energy in your body when you abstain from masturbation. This energy after a level makes you restless and if you don't expend it, it will probably lead to a relapse. Not your fault but your body isn't used to this amount of energy in it. As you progress in this journey your body will get accustomed to it. Now this is where exercise comes.. it releases this restless energy and also releases hormones in body (one shot 2 birds). Do any form it especially stretching..it will seriously reduce the urge. Also if you can make a regular workout routine... nothing complicated just simple jogging and basic exercises will do great as well. Remember: "If you can beat it once, you can beat again, if you haven't beaten it so far doesn't mean you can't beat it in future."
Thank you !! That advice really helped and I need to have some sort of a workout routine in my days . I actually need to lose weight too (I have gained about 10 kg since staring PMO) . So next step is going to be adding more exercises into my routine !
