NOFAP AND LUCID DREAMING(Real incident)

i want to share an incident with you guys. Its kind of scary but not that much. I am on day 53 of my nofap journey. Last 3 4 days of my journey was pretty much difficult. I had so much urges in those days that i can't even explain. I have read that people on nofap have experienced vivid dreams. I too had vivid dreams in my 53 days journey those dreams were very vivid but today early morning what i experienced was beyond my imagination.

so the story goes here.

it was approx 5:30 in the morning. I got up,but out there was very cold(winters here) so i decided to sleep again. After some time i woke up and went to toilet. As i opened the door i saw there was no walls around my toilet. I was stunned, then i realised that i was dreaming(lucid dreaming starts). So i thought it will be over soon and suddenly i woke up from dream on my bed. I open the door of my room and again i proceeded towards toilet and this time everything was normal and i remember that i talked to myself in my dream that now everything is on its place and as i said this it created a doubt in my mind am i still in my dream? and BAMM i woke up on my bed again realising it was too dream and then again for confirmation i run towards my toilet as then i saw that my balcony and my toilet door are messed up with each other. I yelled in dream damn i am still in dream and this all things happened for 4 to 5 times on repetition. BAMM woke up on bed still in dream,BAMM woke up still in dream. I didn't remembers all repetition but i remember that i was terrified that i am stucked in my dream and how can i get out of it as i am going late (time was 7:00am). This was the most terrifying moment of my life and BAMM i woke up again but this time real.

The dream was ULTRA VIVID(never in my life i experienced this kind of vividness). the dream world was not vague like my older dreams.


i Dont know what happened and i don't know is this related to nofap. I read that vivid dreaming and nofap have relation as people experienced so i thought i must share this.

you are on good path bro. 17 is very good time to do nofap. You will soon feel that this is going to be your best decision. You will feel that quality of your life is improving. But you will feel high urges for fap too. Don't break your streak for any reason. No reason is worth to break your nofap streak. Your mind will show you your true potential soon (your cognitive power will improve ). I have felt it thats why i am saying fapping has no value compare to your brain.
