How long reboot?

Nobody knows. It's different for everybody. I've been PMOing for almost 10 years, started at 13, I'm 22 now. I'm almost at two months without PMO and I know I'm far from my goals.

Just a tip : don't think about "how long it will take", just decide to stop forever. It will obviously happen "one day or another".

 

I was just thinking about this myself, how long is it going to take. So true, one day or another. It was like that for me when I quit smoking, for years afterwards I just had to smell cigarette smoke to feel like one myself. Then one day I was at a cafe and I was disgusted by the smell when someone lit up.

Just quit and stay quit. That's what I'm gunna try to do

 

Right now I'm keeping a close eye on my counter because it motivates me to keep going as it increases. Yet at the same time my focus is on developing my life and I look forward to this being so natural that I don't check my counter.

 

I was PMOing over 10 years with about 6year everyday once a day on average, having total PIED due to fetish.
Immediately after recovering from flatline (about 45 days), I was able to have great normal sex, great erection, fetish almost gone then (totally now). Never the less I stopped after sth like 60 days just to find out that my first round of normal sex is great but the second one that I want to perform straight afterwards is not that great and the doubts appeared in my head that if I would have done full 90 days it might be much better. That's why I am here for second reboot, to find out. So my advice is do at least full reboot or you might have doubts later what if... Anyway after reboot your attitude towards pornography and masturbation will be totally different than before nofap, I can guarantee that.
