Anyone have a TV show, movie, or song that helps you NoFap? (Yes, I'm using this as a verb!) Something that just pumps you up and gives you the confidence to take on the world? For me (and don't laugh now!) it's Dragon Ball Z, especially the theme song. There's just something about the hyper-masculinity and struggle to become more powerful that resonates with my NoFap energy. It makes me want to workout and do stuff. Do you know anyone like this, and what does the scouter say about his power level?
Movies: Warrior Forever Strong Rocky (1-4 and Balboa) The Karate Kid The Challenger TV show: Dragon Ball Z
Reading Infinite Jest by David Foster-Wallace. The depths that the addicts in the book hit, and the sad story of the author himself, both serve to remind me why I stay away from porn.
Most of what I guess you'd call 'modern classics' of the action genre - Terminator, Alien, Mad Max 2, Die Hard, Predator. I also recently got back into watching van Damme movies with a new found respect - Hard Target, Kickboxer, Universal Soldier, Cyborg, etc. Great list. Probably not everyone has seen 'Forever Strong' but it is very motivational and I'm glad I caught it on TV a few years back. Also looking forward to the new Karate Kid TV series they're making this year.
I am Catholic and my faith helped me a lot in overcoming my ex addictions. without God i wouldn't have been able to do it how i met your mother, made me laugh a lot. I did need to laugh "The Prince Of Egypt" the cartoon for kids 1998 "The Bible Series" music from soundcloud "the best you" by Eric Thomas and also "why do we fall" Cher "you haven't seen the last of me" for workout " you can't stop me " by mineo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_XtYdghJ-e0 "Safe and Sound" by Capital Cities. this song puts me in a good mood if i feel low "Same Power" by Jeremy Camp We will not be overtaken We will not be overcome The same power that rose Jesus from the grave The same power that commands the dead to wake Lives in us, lives in us The same power that moves mountains when He speaks The same power that can calm a raging sea Lives in us, lives in us He lives in us, lives in us We have hope That His promises are true In His strength There is nothing we can't do Yes, we know There are greater things in store We will not be overtaken We will not be overcome "Batman Begins" his training where it is stated the importance of the Will to Act and dealing with anger and regret. it is something i have dealt during the initial phase of my reboot https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uiaRYQlsjy4

Game of thrones. Has 3 different male characters who have no penis and they are very drivin individuals despite this
watching anime finished aired these days . watching these makes me busy all the time not thinking any M.
For me both Avatar The Last Airbender and Legend Of Korra helped me out a lot. As for music, my boys Alkaline Trio made a song that couldn't be more perfect.
Yes buddy - It's going to be called "Cobra Kai". ...And it's apparently also going to be quite light hearted and humorous. Not sure if that means a full blown comedy but hopefully it's targeted at mature audiences as most fans of the original are now 30+. If it ends up being similar to the Netflix comedy GLOW (which I thought was very good) I'll be happy.
Supergirl has gotten interesting recently since a lot of the show is about inner battles within people. I think the villains in the current season sort of behave like frapstronaut because there's this inner fight between doing good and evil. We also see a similar inner fights going on in other characters as well. I was watching a recent episode and got thinking about SO's. So many times I hate these villains and want them to be killed or punished, but occasionally you're reminded that underneath it all they're people who are fighting an evil force that comes over them. I was wondering maybe that's how SO feel about their PA partner.
