If the purpose of NoFap is your goal then "road" leading to it become foggy. And if the road becomes foggy then you won't see the goal. What do you think?
Thank you. That would mean of course we shouldn't forget what we want, but paying too much attention to it and leaving all the rest behind can lead to relapse.
What your resist persists. If you're focused on not relapsing, you have a high chance of relapsing. Focus on doing better things with your life. Find your better place, with better people, as a better version of yourself. Rather than locking yourself in an empty room trying not to relapse. Wherever your focus goes, energy flows. The more you focus on not relapsing / pmo, the more you reinforce relapsing / pmo.
For me NoFap is not a goal, it's a treatment against my porn and masturbation addictions. You have to define what you want to become and work toward it. I want to have a PMO free lifestyle because I know it's the right way to live life. I've always known there's something fundamentally evil about porn. The goal is to break free from its grasp and NoFap is the way to achieve this. Of course, I count my days, but I'm most of all looking at rebuilding myself and my sexuality which in truth never existed without porn.
I don't think it's either evil or good, it depends on how you look at it. Beautiful girls making not nice things, there's nothing wrong with looking at something beaufitul? But I have to agree that it is some craziness behind it, which everyone tries to ignore.
