A Progressive Challenge-A different kind of challenge- all levels

    I tried to do no PM 90 day challenge but just achieved 4 days. Now I am giving this different challenge a try. I am aiming for 7 days. :)

    Day 33/100
    I had terrible sex drive yesterday while I was drunk
    and horrible nausea and headache after that.
    I didn't relapse/touch myself but I had some semen leakage again.
    (I kept thinking of her for the rest of the day, I guess it didn't help me so much)
    and I also had a dream about her.
    I just woke up a couple of minutes ago with this weird feeling but I'm fine.
    I'm planning to go out with my friends tonight, to drink a little bit, and to clear my mind (hopefully).

    Some emotions acting up, feeling sad and irritated for no/hidden reasons. And a few urges are coming up again. It will pass. I am feeling good this morning. Maybe some exercise and breathing calming meditation will help.

    Looking on the bright side, 2 days ago you felt awesome, better than ever. Your mood swings are getting wilder and maybe it feels like it's out of control - if it happens, take a breather.
    I think it's a good idea to kick back with your buddies and get a few drinks in, think about something else and socialise. Maybe some of them have some advice for you, or maybe something they say can put things into perspective for you.
    Also, exercise and cardio, long walks - that can help calm you down, when you're too high or too low

    Yes, I have that too. It will change. Don't worry, it's a process we are going through.

    Get back up the horse! Maybe your expectations are playing a part? - maybe try setting your goal to reach 7 days, that's definantly possible for you - before you go for the full 20?

    wow already 27/60,
    I had some urges but I convinced myself to stay cool and let those feelings pass by. Looking back, I realize I really don't need PM to be satisfied or happy! Always good to remember that.

    I can't take it anymore!
    It's been 8 days since our last conversation and as the time passes it only get's harder on me.
    I feel sometimes like it's hard for me to breath and my heart hurts.
    I really try to do my best but I'm losing it!
    I want to escape from this stupid reality

    These tips are so wonderful. for me being a pmo adddict means i don't feel loved, i don't feel normal, i feel a loser and so i pmo to fill the emptiness in my heart. but i forget i am an extraordinary being, everybody is one. i want to love myself even if sometimes i can do some non perfect actions. everything goes right because in this way i imagine my life, i communicate happiness to myself. i am at day 29/90, it is fine to engage to improve ourself together. thankyou for your tips and stay strong friend.

    Feeling okay. I'll have some time to myself this weekend but keen to use it productively. About to start with a morning run.

    Relapsed. It were 12 really really nice days, but I’m back at day 0. I want to destroy this so badly. For real, PMO is a poison that we have to destroy.
