Well after 7 days I hit a few days of the want being huge. I fought through it denying it and basically fighting it. A few days later maybe 3, it starts to get easier since the want to do it becomes small since it gives up trying to get you to do it. After a few weeks like 3, it becomes even easier. I also have very low t levels so that is a big advantage for me but still it wasn't easy at first! I also had some motivators personally inside for me that made me be able to quit for good!
