Day 49. For some reason I feel like PMO'ing after coming back from a workout. Thrashing myself at parkour and yoga are fine, but the last two days I was at the gym, and after coming home, had an urge. I didn't give in, but it was annoying after being in a flatline for so long and suddenly have something 'good' have these urges follow it.
